Intermediate Chapter Books

 

Each year fifty newly published books are selected to be on the Villa Library “50 Nifty Intermediate Books” recommended book list. These titles are selected to appeal to a wide range of interests and reading abilities at Villa Academy. 

 

The reviewing sources and recommendations used include: American Library Association, Booklist, School Library Journal, National Book Award, Newbery Award, Caldecott Award, Young Reader’s Choice, Washington Children’s Choice Award, Sibert Award, CS King Award, Evergreen Award, and Printz Award.
